The problem

Garwal had a Figma design but no developer. Their internal portal — used daily by site supervisors — was crashing on mobile and losing data.

Approach

Translated the Figma directly to pixel-perfect responsive HTML/CSS, cross-browser tested.
Rebuilt the internal portal with a stable PHP/MySQL backend and proper validation.
Ongoing maintenance — bug fixes, small features, content updates whenever ops asked.

Outcome

Public site live and unchanged for 3 years. Internal portal still in daily use by site teams across Dubai projects.
